6.1 Financial statements for 2021
In accordance with Article 14 of the Financial Regulations, (Basic Documents No. 1, (WMO No. 15)), the Council will be invited to approve the financial statements for the year 2021. The decision will be supported by the opinion of the External Auditor and recommendations from the Audit and Oversight Committee and FINAC.

6.3 Scale of assessments for 2023
In accordance with Resolution 84 (Cg-18) - Assessment of proportional contributions of members for the eighteenth financial period (2020–2023), the Council will adjust the scale of assessments for 2023 using the United Nations scale of assessments adopted by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in 2021.
